Built around the chart, not the visit
Fernwood opened in 2013 with a simple rule: every patient keeps the same provider and the same paper-and-digital chart for as long as they're with us, so nothing gets lost between visits and nothing has to be explained twice.
We cap each provider's panel deliberately, well below the regional average, so there's still room on the schedule when you actually need to be seen — not just when there's an opening three weeks out.
