Warehouse District Boxing Gym
Train like the bell's about to ring
Eight rounds. No mirrors, no fluff. Ten Count pairs boxing fundamentals with real strength conditioning, coached in small groups by people who competed.
The Gym
Ten Count opened in 2013 in a converted freight warehouse, and we kept the concrete floor on purpose — it's the same floor our first ten members trained on. We're not a big-box chain. Classes cap at 16 people so coaches can actually watch your hands.
Every session runs on the same clock a fight does: three-minute work, one-minute rest, repeated until the bell says otherwise.
- Certified boxing & strength coaches
- 16-person class cap
- Open gym access included
- Kids & teens program
Programs
Pick your lane, or rotate through all of them — membership covers every program on the floor.
Boxing Fundamentals
Stance, footwork, and combinations on the bag before anyone puts on sparring gloves.
Strength & Conditioning
Barbell strength work built around the same rounds structure — three minutes on, one minute off.
Sparring Lab
Controlled, coached sparring for members cleared by a coach. Headgear and mouthguard required.
Open Gym
Bags, racks, and jump ropes, no class structure — just you, a timer, and the floor.
Youth Program
Ages 8–15. Footwork, discipline, and non-contact bag work three afternoons a week.
Private Coaching
One-on-one mitt work and technique correction, booked directly with your coach.
The Edge
We keep the class sizes small and the equipment maintained, so the only thing that limits your round is you.
